General 

For the purpose of any business following terms will be defined below.

Definitions

ANG – Means ANG Venture Limited

Customer – can be a natural person or any registered company or organization who wishes to buy ANG products for self, retail, or distribution purpose. The person assisting, using, or making product inquiries or the person who accepts the delivery on behalf of the ordering person or company, or organization.

Courier – Is any courier company, postal service, or any natural person engaged with ANG or contracted by ANG to deliver the products to the customer.

Business Day – This means all working days except Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Public holidays.
Delivery Point –

Delivery location – means the address stated in the confirmed order. If the address stated in the confirmed order is:

a multi-level building, then the Delivery location shall be located on the ground floor of such building; and

a rural property, then the Delivery location may not be the residence stated.

GST – means Goods and services tax chargeable in accordance with the current Goods and Services Taxes Act 1985 in New Zealand.

Intellectual Property – means all intellectual property rights of whatsoever nature, including (without limitation) patents, designs, present and future trademarks or copyright, and whether or not registered or registrable by any means, and the right to file an application for registration thereof;

Products and services  – mean any products and products listed on our website.

“us“, “we” and “our” means ANG Venture Limited and any related company (as that term is defined under the Companies Act 1993).

• Your access to, and use of, this Website is subject to these Terms of Use.
• By using this Website you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them.
• The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of ANG Venture Limited and any related company (as that term is defined under the Companies Act 1993) and the directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, and agents of ANG Venture Limited and any related company, and are intended to be enforceable against you by each of them in accordance with the provisions of subpart 1 of part 2 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
• Orders placed through this Website constitute legal offers to purchase and are capable of being accepted by us without any further notice to you.
• These Terms of Use shall prevail over any other document or arrangement relating to the subject matter.

 

Conditions of Sale for wholesale orders

• Price –
  • The price of the products and services in ANG’s price list applies at the time of order unless ANG has quoted otherwise to you in writing. Prices are quoted in New Zealand Doller (NZD) only.
  • Before any acceptance of the customer ANG can withdraw its price and requote to customer again. Quotation will lapse, without notice 45 days after it is released to the customer.
  • All prices are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax, but inclusive of any other government taxes, duties, or imports payable in respect of GST will be charged at the rate applying at the time of delivery.

2)  Delivery of Goods and risk –

• Delivery of Goods will be considered as delivered when you or your agent receive the Goods at your premises or the stipulated place of delivery or your carrier receives them, whichever event occurs first. Delivery where ANG delivers Goods directly to another person, that person takes possession of the Goods for you as your agent the delivery is considered as delivered to the customer.
• Any claim for Goods that are not received due to any unforeseen event such as a natural disaster or any nature of accident will not be processed as a claim for repayment or credit. It is the responsibility of the customer to do transport insurance before it is released.
• All delivery dates indicated will be approximate only and will not constitute the essence of the contract. ANG will not be liable to you for any failure to deliver on a specified date or within a specified period.

3.0 Minimum order value

The total estimated value of your order shown on the “check-out” page must be at least $1 before your order for Groceries will be accepted.

 

4.0 Returns

We do not allow returns for products purchased through our online shop. However, if items you have purchased are damaged, faulty or spoiled at the time of delivery or pick-up, we will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  Please contact our Customer Support Centre via email or phone at 02102277294 if you receive an item that you consider to be damaged, faulty, or spoiled. Proof of purchase will be required. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

5.0 Debt collection

If you default in payment for any order, you are liable for all costs associated with debt collection.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

Flat Delivery Fee

For your convenience, we have a flat delivery fee of $5.00 per order (up to 10kg) to only one address within New Zealand. Orders between 10kg and 30kg will incur an additional $15.00 fee.

 

Large Orders

If your order is over 30kg, we’ll contact you to discuss your freight options.

 

Rural Delivery

If your order is for rural delivery, there is an additional fee of $5.00.

 

Island Delivery

Please note, we do not deliver to the Chatham Islands.

 

Delivery Time

We estimate a delivery time of 3-5 working days from the date your order is placed.

 

Note

Please make sure you provide a physical address as we are unable to deliver to a post office box.
