About Kokum
Kokum is a natural fruit with the botanical name, Garcinia Indica belonging to the mangosteen family. It is native to the western region of India and is mainly found to grow in the Konkan region of Maharashtra.
According to Ayurveda and traditional medicine, Kokum is considered to be a fruit with various nutritional properties that are beneficial for our health.
For generations, Kokum has been observed to support digestion by acting as a natural antacid, along with inflammation and dermatitis.
